Pet-Safe Hanging Plants
A hanging planter can solve a space or display problem, but choosing the plant and choosing the hanging setup are separate decisions.
The plants below are current PawPlants records classified non-toxic to both cats and dogs and carrying the governed hanging-placement trait. The list does not assume that every hanging location is appropriate for every plant.

How this population is governed
This list is derived from the current PawPlants governed plant database. Inclusion requires a published record, a current Non-toxic classification for both cats and dogs, and the exact governed Hanging placement discovery trait. It is not a comprehensive list of every houseplant in existence.
Non-toxic does not mean risk-free or intended for ingestion. Chewing plant material can still cause irritation, choking or gastrointestinal upset. Use each linked plant record for the governed botanical identity and evidence scope.
